• 1 ½ cups long grain rice ๐
• 2 tbsp sunflower oil ๐ป
• 1 onion, sliced ๐ง
• 2 large carrots, julienned ๐ฅ
• 1 cup cooked chickpeas ๐ง
• ½ cup raisins ๐
• 2 tsp ground cumin ๐ฟ
• 1 tsp coriander ๐ฟ
• Salt & pepper ๐ง
• 3 cups vegetable broth ๐ฅฃ
Instructions:
